Terms of use
The agreement between you and Adamant Technologies Private Limited for this website and for JurisBot, Livio and CementOnCall.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website, adamanttech.in, and the products described on it are operated by Adamant Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India on 24 May 2022 with its registered office at Flat No. 1406, Tower A, Lansum Oxygen Towers, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013, India. “We”, “us” and “the company” mean that entity. “You” means anyone who uses this site or one of our products.
By using the site or any of our products you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use them.
2. This website
This is the company’s corporate website. It describes who we are, what we build, and how to reach us, and it is published for information only.
- Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply, and nothing here creates a contract between us.
- Descriptions of products that are in development describe what we intend to build. Features, availability, coverage and timelines can change, and some may not ship.
- Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, engineering or professional advice.
3. The products these terms cover
Sections 5 to 7 set out the terms specific to each product. They apply in addition to the general terms in this document, and only from the point at which that product is made available to you.
JurisBotLive
An AI legal assistant for Indian law, available as a mobile application and at jurisbot.in.
LivioIn development
A quick-commerce grocery application that fulfils orders from partner stores near you.
CementOnCallIn development
A construction-materials procurement platform connecting sites and contractors with verified suppliers.
Where an application presents its own terms of service when you sign up, or a written agreement is signed between us — for a store, supplier or business account — that document governs your use of that product and prevails over anything here that conflicts with it.
4. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. Our products are not offered to children.
- Sign-in differs by product. JurisBot uses an email address and password, or Apple, Google or phone sign-in. Livio uses your mobile number and a one-time password sent to it by SMS.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your credentials and the device you are signed in on secure. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.
- The details you give us — name, contact number, delivery address, GST details where applicable — must be accurate and kept up to date. Deliveries and communications go where you tell us to send them.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to do so by law.
5. JurisBot
5.1 Legal information, not legal advice
JurisBot explains what Indian law says and shows the sources it relies on. It does not give legal advice on your matter, it is not a law firm, and using it creates no advocate–client relationship and attracts no legal professional privilege. It does not represent you, file anything on your behalf, appear anywhere, or predict how a court will decide.
5.2 Scope
JurisBot answers questions about Indian law only. A question outside that scope is declined outright rather than answered partially, because a half-answer to an out-of-scope question is worse than none.
5.3 Sources and accuracy
Answers are generated from retrieved source material and carry the statutes and judgments they rest on, so that you can read the provision rather than take our word for it. Citations are validated against the documents actually retrieved for that answer, and anything unverified is flagged rather than presented as authoritative.
Even so, the law changes, sources can be incomplete, and an automated system can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything you act on, and for taking advice from an advocate where the matter warrants it.
5.4 Not for emergencies
JurisBot is not an emergency service. Where a question involves arrest or custody, immediate danger, harm to a child, or a deadline that is about to expire, the product surfaces the relevant helplines and free legal aid under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, and directs you to an advocate. In an emergency, contact the police or the appropriate helpline first.
5.5 Documents, review and drafting
- You may upload a document only if you have the right to do so. Do not upload someone else’s personal data without a lawful basis, or material you are under an obligation of confidence not to disclose.
- A clause-by-clause review identifies points that commonly matter and rates them for risk. It is not a legal opinion and is not a substitute for one.
- Drafts are generated from templates and from the facts you supply. What you send, sign or file is your decision and your responsibility. Check a draft before it leaves your hands.
5.6 The advocate directory
JurisBot lists advocates so that you can reach one, and is built to comply with the Bar Council of India rules on advertising and solicitation and with the position taken by the courts on third-party rating of advocates. In practice that means:
- A listing carries facts only — name, enrolment number and State Bar Council, year of enrolment, practice areas, courts, languages and the advocate’s own published consultation fee band.
- There are no star ratings, reviews, testimonials, win rates, cases-handled counts, “top lawyer” badges, platform rankings or sponsored placements. Ordering within a filtered set is neutral.
- You always initiate contact. We do not refer, recommend or match you to any particular advocate.
- We take no commission or referral fee on any legal fee, hold no fee in escrow, and share no fee with any advocate.
- Any engagement that follows is a matter between you and that advocate, on their terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services they provide.
6. Livio
6.1 Browsing, serviceability and orders
- You can browse as a guest. Checkout, order history and saved addresses require a verified mobile number.
- What you can buy depends on the stores that can serve your delivery location. Outside a serviceable area, an order cannot be placed.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when the order is accepted and confirmed for fulfilment. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we will tell you and refund it.
- Prices, offers and stock are those of the fulfilling store at the time of ordering and can change. Product images, weights and pack sizes are indicative; fresh produce varies within a normal tolerance.
6.2 Delivery
- Delivery times shown, including any promise measured in minutes, are estimates based on distance, traffic, weather and store load. They are not guarantees.
- Somebody must be able to receive the order at the address you gave. If nobody can be reached, the order may be returned and charges for it may not be refundable.
- Delivery partners are asked to follow the location and instructions you provide. Give us an address we can actually reach.
6.3 Ordering for someone else
Livio lets you pick a contact so that an order can be delivered to them. By doing that you confirm that you have that person’s permission to give us their name, phone number and address for that delivery, and that they are expecting it. We use those details only to complete that order.
6.4 Coupons and offers
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or refused where they have been used in a way they were not meant for.
6.5 Cancellation, returns and refunds
- An order can be cancelled before it has been picked and dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is at our discretion, and for perishable goods it may not be possible.
- Tell us within 24 hours if something arrives damaged, spoiled, short or wrong. We may ask for a photograph, and we will replace it or refund it.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear after we release it depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. CementOnCall
CementOnCall is a procurement platform. We list materials from verified suppliers, carry the order and the delivery, and produce the paperwork against it. We do not manufacture the material.
- A price shown is a quote for the grade, quantity and site you specified, and is valid only for the period stated with it. Prices move with the market.
- The order confirms the grade, quantity, delivery window and site address. Delivery windows are estimates and depend on traffic, weather, loading queues and access to the site.
- The site must be reachable by the vehicle and someone authorised must be present to receive, check and sign for the load. Unloading, storage and safety at the site are the buyer’s responsibility unless the order says otherwise.
- The signed challan and, where applicable, the weighment record are what govern the quantity accepted. Note any shortage or damage on the challan at the time of delivery — a claim raised afterwards is much harder for anyone to settle.
- Tax invoices are issued in accordance with the GST law by the entity named on the invoice. Give us accurate GST details before the invoice is raised; we cannot rewrite history afterwards.
- Warranties on the material itself, including grade conformity, are those of the manufacturer and the supplier. We pass on what we receive and will help you pursue a claim, but we do not give a separate warranty on the goods.
- Cement, steel and aggregates are ordered to a site’s requirement and are not generally returnable once accepted, except where they are defective or were supplied in error.
8. Payments, plans and refunds
- Payments taken by us are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card, UPI and other payment details are handled by the gateway and by your bank. We store a token that lets you reuse a saved method; we do not store your full card number. Purchases made through Apple or Google store billing are covered by section 9.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes where stated. Delivery, handling and similar charges are shown before you confirm an order.
- JurisBot subscription plans are billed for the period shown at the time of purchase. A paid plan continues until you cancel it, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period already used, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.
- Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method through the same gateway.
- If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend the account or the order it relates to until it is resolved.
9. App stores and in-app purchases
- Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Downloading and using them is also subject to that store’s own terms, and the store — not us — decides what it will list and for how long.
- Where a subscription or other purchase is made inside an app through the store’s billing, that store processes the payment, holds the billing relationship and applies its own refund rules. Ask the store for a refund on such a purchase; we cannot reverse it for you.
- Where a payment is taken outside store billing — on a product website, or in an app that takes payment directly — it runs through Razorpay and the refund terms in this document apply.
- Apple and Google are not parties to these terms, do not provide our products, and give no warranty on them. Our applications are not sponsored or endorsed by either.
- Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in are options in JurisBot. Using one means that provider authenticates you and tells us who you are; it does not give them your content.
10. Communications
When you give us your mobile number or email address, you agree that we may send you service messages about what you asked for — one-time passwords, order and delivery updates, payment receipts, and notices about your account or these terms. These are part of the service and continue while you use it.
- Service messages reach you by SMS, WhatsApp, push notification or email. SMS is delivered through MSG91 and WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.
- Promotional messages — offers and reminders — are optional. You can switch them off in the app at any time, or reply STOP to a WhatsApp message, without losing service messages.
- Standard carrier or data charges may apply to messages you receive, and WhatsApp messages are also subject to Meta’s own terms.
- Keep your number and email current. If a message cannot be delivered because your details are out of date, we are not responsible for what you miss.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into our products — questions, documents, drafts, photographs, addresses and order details. You give us the permission we need to host, process and transmit that content in order to run the product for you, and for no other purpose.
We do not sell your content, and we do not use the documents you upload to JurisBot to train models for anyone else. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
12. Our intellectual property
The software, content, design and code of this site and our applications are owned by the company or used with permission, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
Adamant Technologies, JurisBot, Livio and CementOnCall, together with the “A” mark and the logos associated with them, are marks of the company. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us fairly and accurately.
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own information or for a legitimate business purpose involving the company. Anything further needs our written consent.
13. Acceptable use
Across the site and every product, you agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or use a product to plan, commit or conceal an offence.
- Place orders you do not intend to accept, abuse refunds or coupons, or impersonate another person — including by using someone else’s payment method or phone number.
- Present JurisBot’s output as advice from an advocate, or resell it as a legal service.
- Harass, threaten or abuse a delivery partner, a store, a supplier, an advocate listed in the directory, or our staff.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with their operation, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on them.
- Scrape or copy our content at scale, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.
14. Availability and changes
We try to keep the site and our products available and current, but we do not guarantee either. They are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them, including a feature, a delivery area or a plan.
We may update these terms as the company and its products change. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the product. Continuing to use the site or a product after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that would otherwise be implied — including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from error or malicious code.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of the site or any product — including a delayed delivery, an order that could not be fulfilled, or a decision taken on the strength of an answer JurisBot gave. Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Privacy
What personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Each application also presents a consent notice describing the data it needs before it asks for it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site or a product, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under law to bring proceedings elsewhere — including as a consumer before the consumer forum with jurisdiction where you live.
Before starting proceedings, please write to us. Most complaints are resolvable, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
18. Contact and grievances
Questions about these terms go to legal@adamanttech.in. Complaints about an order, a delivery or an account go to info@adamanttech.in or +91 91208 91208. Post reaches us at Adamant Technologies Private Limited, Flat No. 1406, Tower A, Lansum Oxygen Towers, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013, India.
